Read nine checked-in function-connector examples without installing the Runtime. This check covers a fixed EasyRemote revision: inspect its example layout and Python syntax without presenting that as execution proof. It does not build or test the wider stack. [Run the source inspection](https://easynet.run/docs/source-check#run-check) ## Prerequisites You need Git and Python 3.11 or newer. The copied command creates an isolated temporary EasyRemote checkout and does not install project dependencies. GitPython 3.11+No dependency install ## Run the source inspection The copied task asks a coding agent to run a credential-isolated, dependency-free check of nine example projects, eighteen Python modules, and every Provider declaration. Inspect the exact shell script zsh ``` ( set -eu workspace="$(mktemp -d "${TMPDIR:-/tmp}/easyremote-source.XXXXXX")" anonymous_home="$workspace/anonymous-home" mkdir -p "$anonymous_home" unset GH_TOKEN GITHUB_TOKEN GIT_ASKPASS SSH_ASKPASS printf 'Workspace: %s\n' "$workspace" HOME="$anonymous_home" \ XDG_CONFIG_HOME="$anonymous_home" \ GIT_CONFIG_NOSYSTEM=1 \ GIT_CONFIG_GLOBAL=/dev/null \ GIT_TERMINAL_PROMPT=0 \ GIT_ASKPASS=/usr/bin/false \ git -c credential.helper= clone --quiet \ https://github.com/EasyRemote/EasyRemote.git "$workspace/EasyRemote" git -C "$workspace/EasyRemote" -c advice.detachedHead=false checkout --quiet 44c768ca26d0f92a5ab9d1d03342895c29c27dc6 printf 'EasyRemote: '; git -C "$workspace/EasyRemote" rev-parse HEAD python3 --version projects="$workspace/EasyRemote/gallery/projects" project_count=0 for project in "$projects"/[0-9][0-9]_*; do test -d "$project" project_count=$((project_count + 1)) for file in README.md pyproject.toml uv.lock node.py client.py; do test -f "$project/$file" done python3 -m py_compile "$project/node.py" "$project/client.py" grep -q '@node.register' "$project/node.py" done test "$project_count" -eq 9 printf '9 projects found\n' printf '18 Python modules syntax-checked\n' printf 'Public decorator and source layout verified\n' ) ``` Expected tail ``` 9 projects found 18 Python modules syntax-checked Public decorator and source layout verified ``` [Inspect the nine example projects](https://github.com/EasyRemote/EasyRemote/tree/44c768ca26d0f92a5ab9d1d03342895c29c27dc6/gallery/projects) ## Pinned source-check revisions This check pins EasyRemote only. EasyNet-Cli and EasyNet-Axon also publish source, but their builds and compatibility are outside this check. The EasyNet product repository is not anonymously accessible. EasyRemote 44c768ca26d0f92a5ab9d1d03342895c29c27dc6 ## What this proves Nine gallery projects have the required source, README, manifest, and lock files. Eighteen Provider and caller modules are syntactically valid for the Python interpreter used by the check. Every checked Provider source declares an @node.register function boundary. ## What this does not prove Dependencies are not installed; Providers are not imported, initialized, or behavior-tested. No daemon is paired or started, and no Provider is activated against a Runtime. No descriptor becomes visible in a Realm or discoverable by another agent. No remote Invocation is admitted, transported, or completed with a terminal Receipt. Next ## Now choose the boundary you need. The next guide separates function integration, Runtime operation, both MCP directions, and device-scoped Context before it asks you to configure anything.
